RACHEL’S APPROACH.

Rachel is a strategic thinker who believes that great communication starts with strategy — and strategy starts with understanding people.

With over 13 years of experience, she’s worked on some of Australia’s biggest brands and projects, leading national campaigns, crafting sharp messaging and developing communications strategies that drive real impact.

With expertise spanning property, government, health & wellbeing, infrastructure, tech and not-for-profits, Rachel knows how to create narratives that resonate. She combines deep audience insights with compelling storytelling to build strategies that inspire action and create lasting behaviour change.

Beyond her work, Rachel is passionate about giving back to her community. She’s mentored secondary school girls with Inspiring Girls Australia, helping them build confidence and resilience. She’s served on the board of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), supporting Victoria’s communications professionals. She also volunteers at CERES, her local urban garden community garden, helping to distribute organic produce and has fostered ex-racing greyhounds, helping them find thier forever homes after their track time is up.
