To address the limited research on the link between financial hardship and mental health in Australia, I supported the Ellis Jones team working with Beyond Blue to conduct research and co-design sessions with affected individuals, resulting in the development of a financial and mental wellbeing continuum and a practical guide for businesses to better support Australians facing financial and mental health challenges.
