TESLTRA
From 2015 to 2018, I worked for the Telstra brand in multiple capacities, including for a boutique consultancy servicing licensee-owned stores, for the master licensee managing over 100+ Telstra Stores and then within Telstra, as the Catalogue and POS lead.
This required complex stakeholder management with a broad cross-section of internal departments, adhering to legal and brand guidelines to develop on-brand, visually engaging, and clearly communicated assets.
As the end-to-end project manager, I led the design, budget and execution of marketing plans, catalogues and point-of-sale collateral with a distribution of over 6 million nationally and over 360 stores.
